  1. I would love to see this succeed! Joe is correct, there is a bit of a stigma surrounding “the Eastside” among some of us long-timers. However, I can see myself patronizing these food trucks, and eventually launching myself through the various established neighborhoods in search of more good food. Bring the Eastside Entry on!

  2. As a food truck owner and resident of the Eastside, I am really excited about this project. If there is room to build a commissary on the premise in which the food trucks can fill there water tanks and dump grey water would eliminate alot of future problems
