  1. This is not a lot of density. We need increased density in the inner area to make the city more sustainable long term, encourage more mixed uses, and have walkable neighborhoods. Next up, we need a better grocery store than just some HEB stop and go like on flores. Or more of them.

  2. Depending how they construct the parking garage (detached vs. podium), the building itself will probably be something around 10 stories tall (Credit Human across the street is 220k sqft and is 10 stories with a detached garage). For its location on Broadway, that seems entirely appropriate in scale.
