A vote by the full City Council on implementing changes to the Center City Housing Incentive Policy could come Thursday.
A March 1 deadline looms, at which time Councilman Roberto Treviño has promised to present a plan for the dilapidated building’s future.
The rule, which was scheduled to take effect on Dec. 1, would have raised the salary threshold indicating eligibility from $23,660 to $47,476 per year.
