EPIcenter, the former CPS Energy power plant on the Mission Reach of the San Antonio River now slated to become a center for energy education and innovation, will be constructed by San Antonio-based Joeris General Contractors, officials announced Friday.
Joeris General Contractors, Ltd. named John Casstevens as new company president on Tuesday, the latest move in the firm’s succession planning process. Casstevens, who previously served as chief of operations, will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company’s three offices and 377 employees and leading its strategic planning.
