Showcasing all manner of works on paper, this year’s Paper Trail at Brick kicks off Friday, July 12, and continues the following day.
At Flight Gallery at Blue Star Arts Complex, first-time curator Audrey LeGalley has put together an exhibition featuring exclusively women artists.
The McNay Art Museum was awarded the inaugural Sotheby’s Prize for its upcoming exhibition “Pop América: 1965-1975,” set to open in October 2018.
The exhibition features the works of 18 women artists – 17 Mexicans and one Cuban – and celebrates the artistry of women and their freedom in creativity.
Wuxi artists, from San Antonio’s sister city in China, will present their works, speak with students in the city’s art programs, and interact with fellow artists during Luminaria.
